Good to know
The Panorama Apartments have been newly renovated and feature natural wood finishes in some areas. They are equipped with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a living room, a shower/WC, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and a balcony with seating.
The apartments offer magnificent views of the surrounding mountain landscape of South Tyrol, stretching far south towards the Dolomites.
The apartments and holiday flats are designed to be allergy-friendly and are cleaned regularly.
Deposit
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount per apartment. Your booking request will only become binding once we have sent you written confirmation and the deposit has been received.
Payment
You can pay in cash or by bank transfer in advance. Please settle your hotel bill on the day before your departure.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount must be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained in full by the accommodation provider.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are only valid once they have been confirmed in writing by the accommodation provider.
- Up to 30 days before arrival: No cancellation fee (0%).
- 29 days or less before arrival, early departure, or late arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Local Tourist Tax
The local tourist tax is not included in the price and is charged on-site per person per day.
The tax amounts to €2.40 per person per day and applies to guests aged 14 and over.

Check-in and Check-out
On the day of arrival, holiday apartments and suites are available from 2:00 PM.
Please vacate your room or holiday apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Our wellness area offers a Finnish sauna, an herbal sauna (open from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM), an infrared room, and a hot tub (available for an additional charge).
- Up to 2 years: Free of charge
- 2 to 6 years: 50% discount
- 6 to 11 years: 30% discount
- 11 to 13 years: 10% discount
- Short stays: For bookings of fewer than 5 days, a surcharge of €6.00–€12.00 per person per day applies.
- Single room supplement: €23.00 per day, depending on the season and room category.
- Final cleaning: A fee of €65.00 applies for the final cleaning of the Panorama Apartments.
- Pets: You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend for an additional fee of €15.00 per day, excluding food. Please note that pets are not permitted in the dining areas.
